Team CHE understands the importance of respect to you, your neighbors, and your neighborhood. We will go out of the way to keep inconveniences to a minimum. As part of the 212 philosophy we believe this should be forethought and not an afterthought.
We will notify your neighbors before we begin work on your project. This gives them a direct contact who can address any possible questions or concerns, which will decrease and, hopefully, eliminate the chance that any questions will be directed to you. Team CHE will also be at the disposal of both you and your neighbors if you should need us.
WHEN WE CONTACT YOUR NEIGHBORS, WE MAKE A NUMBER OF COMMITMENTS:
√ Quiet Time - Team CHE respects the need for peace and quiet in your neighborhood. Team CHE does not allow sawing, hammering, or other loud construction activities before the hours of 8:00AM or after 7:30PM, and no loud radios throughout the day.
√ Professionalism - At CHE, we believe that professionalism is a priority and it is reflected in the dress and speech of our employees.
√ A Clean Team - Team CHE installation teams will continually clean up as the project progresses to eliminate debris from the job site and surrounding area. Trash and debris are swept and raked daily while magnets are used for loose nails in order to prevent injury to you or your property.
√ Courtesy Always - If you or your neighbors have a question or request of our team, please know that courtesy and respect are not an option, but a standard with Team CHE.
√ Prompt Attention - Should you or your neighbors feel that we are failing to adhere to our Good Neighbor Policy, please call us immediately so that we may promptly correct the situation.
