Susannah and I would like to thank you and the team at CHE for your excellent work in helping us upgrade our house by replacing the masonite siding with vinyl siding and replacing our doors. We both appreciate how you and your staff were willing to take the time to make sure that we understood our options with respect to replacing the siding and your willingness to make additional changes once we were underway with the project, your staff was courteous and made sure that we were happy with the final product.

I have received numerous compliments from my neighbors about the way the house looks and they have been surprised to learn that we used vinyl siding because it looks so good and it's virtually indistinguishable from wood. CHE did an excellent job replacing the siding on my house! My house is 21 yrs old and the siding was masonite, which was rotted in various places. At first I just thought about replacing the rotted areas with James Hardie Fiber Cement lap boards, but I really wanted to replace all the siding at one time.....I met with several contractors and obtained bids. But, in comparison, CHE's direct relationship as the Preferred James Hardie Remodeler allowed me to cost-effectively replace all the siding on my house at one time, which was my preference. Further, I had specific material requirements and CHE met all my requests. I replaced all the masonite siding and trim on my house and my shed with James Hardie, pre-primed Cedarmill lap siding planks (8 1/4" pieces, with 7" reveal size) and MIRAtec trim. I had the CHE team do a Custom Paint Job using Sherwin-Willimans Duration paint in a satin finish (2 full coats brushed by hand). The CHE crews were hard working, dedicated, and stayed on the job until each phase was complete. I'm very happy with the work that was performed on my house, and the results look beautiful! I recommend CHE to other homeowners!
