Custom Home Exteriors realizes the only way to stay ahead of the game is with ongoing training. We teach our employees proper installation methods, OSHA safety standards, accountability, dependability and how to achieve excellence.

We actually process and train each Field Manager before they are allowed in the field. The Comprehensive training system is built around their responsibilities to you the builder and Custom Home Exteriors. Not every applicant for a CHE Field Manager will make it to the Custom Home Exteriors uniform. When at Custom Home Exteriors Field manager puts on the Custom Home Exteriors Logos they are making a heartfelt promise and are saying “ I am committed to excellence, quality and professionalism. 

We train them on many things but here are a few requirements

• OSHA Certifications
• Proper Installer Relations
• Critical Path Scheduling
• Builder Client Relations
• Manufacture Installation Methods
• Quality Control & Documentation
• Proper reporting of any Quality control, job productivity standards and OSHA Violations
• Tool box talks and there being done before EACH PORJECT AND DURING THE PROJECT there is no room for error when it comes to saftey.

5. Take Off & Estimating

Custom Home Exteriors believe in the highest level of integrity. It is this company push and desire that offers our complete take off and accuracy promise.  We can take any plan or image with a known measurement, regard less of whether or not the plan is to scale and derive a line by line take off for your review. The takeoff are Calles Take OFF Reports which drive needless waste and reduce your exposure to waste. We only price in what we are installing for you if we do not have to cut or nail it then has not been installed. If it is not installed then you do not pay for it.

You will know your firm cost form your itemized bid going in. We do not come back after the fact and request additional money on a base house or unit.

Many times subcontractor will offer a To Good To Be True price only to find out that "oh I did not see that, or that was not included" We believe this is dishonest and has no integrity. Your proposal will be detailed and it is simple if you see it on your detailed proposals " it was included"

6. Quality Control & Assurance

Custom Home Exteriors just does not tell you were are doing a good job! We go the extra distance and prove it ! We put our Quality and Safety control test to daily use and then document this daily.

Your Custom Home Exteriors Field Manager is equipped with recording documents. The must provide detail on every job ,proving we are doing our quality control walks, proving they are evaluating Every Site,  Every Day,  Every Crew . We call them the three E's never take some ones word for it always verify and verify again daily. Every Client is encouraged to help with a monthly survey to insure our bench marks are being hit.

We will document all areas are complete and ready for your home delivery before we will stake our name on it. Field Managers are required to sign of on our Quality control documents and our Quality Control delivery certificate.  Know that the job was done so well , that you would stake your name and Reputation on it.

We Proudly Install All types and Manufacture of Vinyl Siding. We have partnered with Companies like Revere, Alside just to name a few. 

We proudly make manufacture and install numerous Millwork and PVC products from our Mill work department. The fact that we make and install these products helps us to reduce cost and help us pass that on to you. !
