Custom Home Exteriors strives to be the safest company in North Carolina when it comes to safe siding installations!

That's why Team CHE constantly invest in on-going training and  meetings with OSHA representatives. We want to make sure we are always on top of the new laws that protect our people and customers.

At Custom Home Exteriors, safety comes first.

Our Safety systems are complete with up to 40 hrs of office training, followed by 40 hrs of field training. Once training is complete we test each person with a written exam to ensures the information has been absorbed. All Custom Home Exteriors Jobs are monitored daily for OSHA compliance. 

We have a zero tolerance for safety hazards. We have a complete in house monetary penalty program and rewards program for those who do not follow our system and reward system for those who show excellence. 

If a violation is found, the staff member is removed from the job site immediately and sent back through training.
