I caught their voicemail, so I left a message. The next day i realized that Jennifer had emailed me so quickly after i called, i had missed her email! AND she remembered us from last year. I didn't have any personal experience with the people that did the repair, but were so quick and quiet the homeowner never knew they were there! Top-notch service from my experience. I am in the process of buying a new house from a well known builder who is using a siding company other than Custom Home Exteriors. The siding on the front was put up very poorly and I contacted Custom Home Exteriors for an expert second opinion. Within minutes of contacting them, I had a response and the owner has since sent me an email, complete with specification diagrams explaining how the siding should have been installed and what I should be looking for. I am compelled to tell everyone about the excellent customer service I received from them, especially since they did all of this with no expectation of any money or compensation from me whatsoever. I can only imagine the level of service I would get if I were a paying client! Great job, CHE!

Custom Home Exteriors (CHE) has SUPERB customer service. I used them to replace siding on my home after the hail storm. I hired another company prior to contacting them and became frustrated so I cut ties with that company and went with CHE. I contacted Stephen directly and he had someone out to my home the next day to assess my damages. I should have chosen CHE from the start. Stephen Scoggins (owner) and Dallas Hudson are great, caring, down to earth guys with a lot of experience in home repairs, installation, remodeling, etc. The siding repairs went smoothly with no problems & it looks great.

I have worked in the construction industry for 17 years and typically handle any project needs at the house. I was working on a 405,000 SQ ft tilt warehouse in Virginia and didn't have time to perform the work in an efficient manner. I reached out to three companies to to discuss what I was looking to have completed. I ended up going with CHE as their price was competitive; but mainly because I know the quality of work they perform. The team completely nailed the job. The project manner kept in touch and personally visited the job multiple times. Marlon the foreman on-site was excellent and did not miss a thing in terms of a proper install, daily clean up, he was extremely pleasant to speak with, the entire team was very professional, and took pride in their work. I would highly recommend CHE.

We used CHE to replace all the siding, windows, gutters, and our front porch. We can't be happier with the outcome. On top of giving us an excellent product they also provided excellent customer service. Both Ramone, Steven and all of the workers were great to work with. Their work is so impressive that our neighbor and also my brother called for a consultation before they even finished our house! CHE was recommended for a exterior remodeling project on my home, full soffit, facia, siding , and gutters. Ramon and I walked the project, a plan was put in place and the material was ordered. I ended up having to reschedule the start date around some unrelated work. They were able to hold the material and completely accommodate my schedule. Once work started Steven and the team were fast, communication was great and the finished product came out great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Steve Hawkins could not have done a better job. His knowledge of the product was far superior to others, he is very easy to work with and is a consistent communicator. The job was on time and on budget, and flawless.
