  1. Pressure you by offering you a ‘today only’ price. That’s not how we would want to be treated and it’s just not fair.
  2. Offer ‘bait and switch’ tactics or present smoke and mirrors advertising just to get us in your door. When our Home Advisor visits your home for your assessment, you’ll find out that we do a complete needs assessment of your home, taking your desired outcome and your budget into consideration before offering solutions to you.
  3. Force you to buy things you simply don’t need!  After your needs assessment, we’ll offer a variety of options that can help solve your problems – you choose what you want!
  4. Overstay our welcome.  At Custom Home Exteriors, we encourage you to take the time you need to make the decision that’s best for you.  We won’t linger in your home waiting for you to “Agree” to the project.  We feel that’s hurtful and disrespectful.  So, we’ll leave you with the information and tools to make the educated decision we trust you to make; leaving the ball in your court for you to decide.  We want you to be completely comfortable with your decision.
